Late-Night Soccer at Five NYC Parks Through November

If your day ends when the park lights usually go out, there’s a new window to play: five NYC soccer fields are open for late-night pickup this fall. Come with a team or show up on your own.

• When: Every night, 10 p.m.–2 a.m. in October and November 2026; the program returns April–September 2027.
• Where: Harlem River Park (Manhattan), Calvert Vaux Field (Brooklyn), Astoria Park (Queens), Soundview Park (Bronx), and Fairview Park (Staten Island).
• Format: 7v7 pickup, with fields split for games. Adults 18 and older only.
• How: Sign up individually or reserve for your team at NYC Open Play. Everyone needs to complete the signup waiver; check the site for the full schedule.

NYC Footy provides field hosts and equipment. It is a practical option for night-shift workers and anyone who can’t make the usual park hours; check the signup page before heading out.
