Saxophonist Patience Higgins hosts a free Friday night jazz jam at Patricks on the Hill, a Caribbean bar in Hamilton Heights, every Friday from Sept. 4 through Oct. 2, 7–11 p.m. He brings in some of the best players around for classic tunes and smooth jazz — and the series starts tonight.
